1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BookFlow website and salon booking platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

BookFlow provides a self-hosted booking page and management system for salons. We sell lifetime licenses that allow you to install and run the software on your own hosting infrastructure. BookFlow is not a booking marketplace and does not process bookings on your behalf.

3. License Purchase

When you purchase a BookFlow license, you receive a lifetime, non-transferable right to use the software for your salon business. The license includes:

• One installation per license (per domain)
• Updates for the duration of the active update period (3, 6, or 12 months depending on tier)
• Customer support for the duration of the support period included in your tier

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information. Prices are subject to change, but purchased licenses are not affected by future price increases.

5. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the BookFlow software and documentation. Delivery is digital and immediate. You are responsible for providing accurate email information during checkout.

6. Managed Tier — What's Included

The Managed tier is a monthly add-on service that covers the technical infrastructure of your BookFlow installation. When you subscribe to the Managed tier, BookFlow handles the following on your behalf:

• Hosting & server management — We host and maintain the server your BookFlow installation runs on
• SSL certificates — We provision and renew SSL certificates to keep your booking page secure
• Automated weekly backups — Your salon data is backed up weekly with easy restore options
• Software updates & maintenance — We apply all BookFlow updates, bug fixes, and security patches
• Security monitoring — Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of server security
• Priority technical support — Faster response times for any issues you encounter

What the Managed tier does NOT include:

• Custom design, branding, or theme changes beyond standard configuration
• Content creation (service descriptions, images, pricing setup)
• Ongoing hosting costs beyond the monthly Managed fee
• Third-party integrations or custom development work

The Managed tier is billed monthly at the rate shown during checkout (currently +$30/mo for Solo, +$40/mo for Professional, +$50/mo for Business). You may cancel at any time — your data exports instantly and you can continue using the self-hosted version of BookFlow.

7. Refund Policy — Managed Tier

The Managed tier includes a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first Managed subscription payment, contact us for a full refund. This applies only to the Managed tier.

8. Refund Policy — Self-Hosted Tiers

Self-hosted tiers (Solo, Professional, Business) are non-refundable. Since you receive the complete source code immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds on self-hosted licenses. We encourage you to review the demos and documentation before purchasing.

9. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Setting up and maintaining your own hosting environment
• Keeping your installation secure and up to date
• All content and data you publish through the Service
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Protecting login credentials for your hosting and admin panel

10. Intellectual Property

The BookFlow software, design, code, and branding are owned by Uniscade. Your license grants you the right to use the software for your business but does not transfer ownership. You may not redistribute, resell, or white-label the software without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

BookFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our software, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

12. Service Availability

We strive to keep our website and support channels available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen downtime may occur.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
