1. Overview

BookFlow is licensed as a self-hosted, perpetual-use product. When you purchase a BookFlow license for your salon, you receive a lifetime, non-transferable right to use the software for your own salon business on one domain (per license).

2. What Your License Includes

• One installation per license (one domain)
• Source code delivered to you upon purchase
• Updates for the duration of the active update period (3, 6, or 12 months depending on tier)
• Customer support for the duration of the support period included in your tier
• Setup guide & documentation — step-by-step instructions for self-installation
• Optional Managed tier — we host, secure, and maintain the installation for you (monthly add-on)

3. License Tiers

• Solo — One location, up to 5 stylists. Perfect for independent operators.
• Professional — One location, unlimited stylists. For growing salons.
• Business — Multi-location support. For salon brands and franchises.

4. What You Can Do

• Install BookFlow on your own hosting for your own salon
• Customize the design, branding, and content to fit your salon
• Use BookFlow for as long as you like — no expiration
• Move your installation to a new server at any time

5. What You Cannot Do

• Resell, redistribute, or sub-license BookFlow to others
• Use one license to power multiple salons or businesses
• Offer BookFlow as a hosted service (SaaS) to third parties
• Remove or alter BookFlow branding in the source code (visible credits must remain unless you have a white-label arrangement)
• Share your license key with others

6. Updates & Support Period

Each license includes an initial updates and support period that begins on the date of purchase. After this period ends:

• The BookFlow version you have will continue to work — your license is perpetual
• You can renew your update period at a discounted renewal price to continue receiving new features and fixes
• You can extend support separately if needed

7. Refund Policy

Self-hosted licenses are non-refundable because the complete source code is delivered immediately upon purchase. We strongly encourage you to review the demos and documentation before buying.

8. License Transfer

Licenses are non-transferable. If you sell or close your salon business, the license cannot be transferred to another party. The new owner would need to purchase their own license.

9. Termination

BookFlow reserves the right to terminate a license if you violate the terms of this agreement (for example, redistributing the source code or using it to power multiple salons on a single license). Upon termination, you must cease use of the software.

10. Disclaimer

BookFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our software, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
