The team works fully remote. We support customers across multiple cities and time zones. We answer questions over chat and email — we don't do sales calls, because the live demos on this site already show you exactly what you'll get. Watching a salon owner click "Log Walk-In" on the live demo and seeing the admin dashboard update in real time tells you more than a 30-minute Zoom pitch ever could.
If a call is genuinely necessary for a complex case — say, a multi-location salon chain needing custom design work — we'll arrange one. But it's the exception, never the default. Most salons decide from the demo and never speak to a human until their onboarding email lands.
